Matthew became involved in the mortgage industry almost 20 years ago, seeing an opportunity to innovate in the field. He resolved to create a more streamlined and efficient business in his community, one that would innovate and help grow the homebuying industry. In 2005, Semper Home Loans was born out of that entrepreneurial drive. Matthew finds being the leader of Semper Home Loans to be a rewarding challenge and couldn’t imagine being in any other role. While he enjoys the constant action of the mortgage industry, he does find time to spend with his wife and two daughters, and to play a quick round of golf. Matthew holds a BS in Business Administration from Quinnipiac University.

Raymond’s involvement in the mortgage industry initially seemed a bit like chance but now, a founding member of Semper Home Loans, seems more like fate. He is energized by the opportunities for growth and the ever-changing nature of the mortgage industry. He finds himself challenged and motivated by his multifaceted role as Chief Strategy Officer. Raymond is a shoe fanatic and golf enthusiast who enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children. Raymond holds a BS in Finance from Bryant University.

A Rhode Island native, Michael has always felt driven to aid those in his community realize their goal of becoming home owners. This drive has motivated him during his 20+ years in the mortgage industry. As an Air Force veteran, he is proud to now be a founding member of Semper Home Loans, an organization that supports veterans through VA loan options and sponsorship efforts. He is a married father of 3, with 2 grandchildren. He enjoys spending his free-time with his family, playing guitar, and caring for his gardens.

As Semper’s CIO, Robert provides guidance and leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure information environment. He believes that through technology, Semper can help every customer achieve their dream of owning a home, or bettering themselves financially. Robert and his team strive to be early adopters and influencers of relevant technologies. He routinely shares his insight in optimizing business results using technology, which develops first-class experiences, fuels innovation and enables IT operational excellence. During his 15+ years of experience, he has served in multiple IT leadership roles, including Penske Automotive Group, CVS Health and JS International.

Jenna has lived in Rhode Island for almost a decade but is originally from Ledyard, Connecticut. She has more than 5 years of experience in Human Resources, and specifically enjoys recruiting and talent management. Jenna values the atmosphere at Semper, and finds the interactions with her colleagues to be motivating and gratifying. Jenna gravitates toward the financial sector because it is fast-paced and exciting. Jenna enjoys spending free-time with her family and traveling to their New Hampshire lake house. She also loves spending time in Providence and is charmed by its small-city vibe. Jenna holds a BA in Sociology from Rhode Island College.
