About Cindy

Honest, meticulous, professional, and empathetic are just a few of the many positive characteristics Cindy uses to describe herself. She was born and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts, where her family immigrated to after her father served in the South Vietnamese army. She grew up in a family of six with a very strong and strict upbringing that has helped to mold her into the driven and determined woman she is today. Cindy speaks fluent Vietnamese and takes great pride in helping people of all walks of life to achieve their goals. She is licensed in her home state of Massachusetts, as well as Rhode Island. Our Process

Application Submitted

Application Submitted: Once your application is complete, you will receive a confirmation notifying you of your approval status. This will include information pertinent to your loan: amount, credit score, down payment, etc. Your Loan Officer’s contact information will also be included.

Submitted to Processing

Submitted to Processing: At this point, you have found your home and submitted all your financial information. We will verify all the information you’ve provided and ensure all needed documentation is in place to move the loan to underwriting. At this stage, you will receive an estimated timeline until closing.

Submitted to Underwriting

Submitted to Underwriting: After processing verifies all the information is in order, underwriting will complete a final review of all documents to identify any conditions that need to be resolved before the loan is approved.

Processing

Processing: Your loan will be reviewed by our processing department. At this stage, we organize and prepare the loan for approval.

Conditional Approval

Conditional Approval: Underwriting has approved your loan, contingent on conditions being met. Once the conditions are met underwriting will complete a final review of your loan and make an approval determination.

Cleared to Close

Cleared to Close: Underwriting has completed the final review of your loan documents and approved your application for closing. We will contact you with the details for your closing, including the location and all necessary documents to bring.
